Health promoting active Manuka honey, with a guaranteed activity rating of 300+. Thats what the Tasmanian Honey Company has delivered in this 250gram package of highly active Manuka honey. This is pure, natural honey that not only promotes good health, it tastes great as well. Sourced from the nectar of Manuka bushes growing naturally in Tasmania's pristine wilderness this active Manuka honey has a delicious almondy flavour and a warm, milk-coffeeish colour. It has been laboratory tested and shown to contain a minimum of 300 mg of methylglyoxol (i.e. MGO) in every kilogram. This means it would have a rating of at least 11 and perhaps even as high as 15 in the old Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) scale originally developed in New Zealand. Certainly, whichever rating scale is used, this is a highly active honey which should prove very effective in dealing with digestion, sore throats, colds and skin complaints.

Packaged in a hygienic 250gms PET jar; featuring a beautiful graphic design, this honey tastes as good as it looks.
As a uniquely Australian product, It also makes an ideal gift.
