    Shipping costs are added automatically at the check out as follows.
     Gross Package weight  Freight Cost (Flat rate - Australia wide)
     Less than 500gms  $7.20
     More than 500gms but  less than 3kg    $11.75
     More than 3kg but less than 5kg  $15
     More than 5kg but less than 15kg  $20
    Note: For orders over 15kg we use TNT Freight Express or other reputable road freight carrier. A freight charge of $30 is automatically applied but the actual cost of freight will vary depending on your location. Please contact us for an actual freight quote.
    For all other orders we use Australia Post's parcel post service. A tracking number is allocated to every parcel, so you can always check the progress of your delivery at www.auspost.com.au/track.
    Delivery to most parts of Australia takes two or three working days, although in more remote parts this can stretch to four working days (or even more in the far north and the off-shore territories). Please note that government quarantine restrictions prohibit shipment of many honey products to Tasmania and Western Australia.
    Privacy & Security
    Your privacy is extremely important to us so we don't sell, rent, lend or otherwise use your personal information except for the purposes of meeting your orders.
    Refunds, Returns & Replacements
    Australian consumer law gives all customers specified refund rights. However refunds aren't automatic and you will normally have to pay for the return delivery costs. Returned goods can only be accepted if they have not been opened and are in a saleable condition.     Ordering
    Orders must include a valid street address for delivery, and a contact phone number.
    Payment
    We accept payment via both major credit cards and Paypal accounts through our Paypal payment gateway. Direct payments to our bank account are also accepted. Orders are shipped once cleared payment is received.
    Account history
    Registering an account at our online store will enable you to view your current and previous orders.
    Updating Account Information
    Click on the account link at the top right hand of the home page to  update your account information ( such as adding a new address or phone number)
    International Orders
    We are delighted to accept pre-paid international orders. Our online store doesn't process them automatically so you'll need to contact us by email.  You can check freight costs at www.auspost.com.au/parcels.
