Australia's classic honeys are produced from flowering Eucalyptus or gum trees. They include such family favourites as yellow box, red gum, and iron bark which can be found in forests or by rivers across much of the Australian continent. The honey is typically sweet, delicious, and light coloured. Some of Australia's classic eucalypt honeys are also deliciously darker coloured, with more intense flavours. They're preferred by many Australian families as the honey to eat with their breakfast cereal or, and as their favourite honey for baking.
